Our new automated robotic freezer is capable of storing up to 3.5 million samples of DNA at -minus 80 degrees C and is operated from the outside through a series of computer controls. All samples are identified by a 2D barcode on the base of the tube. This means retrieval is precise and fast and eliminates even minute temperature variations when pulling samples.

We’re one of the very few organizations in the world to offer this level of automated storage.
